Jan is a greyt senior lady looking for a loving family to call her own.

Jan lived most of her life in a home with another greyhound so she will do better going to a home that has greyhounds.  Jan suffers a bit from separation anxiety when her foster mom leaves the house which the other hounds help relieve.

Jan enjoys running with her 6 1/2 year old foster sister, laying around with her 13 year old foster brother and going on walks or to the dog park along with the other hounds.  She enjoys playing with squeaky toys, just this morning she pulled out a “screamin’ monkey” for the first time.  Anyone that has lived with greyhounds will understand how incredible it is to witness one experiencing something for the first time.  Greyhounds are so inquisitive about their environment,  in this case the “screamin’ monkey”, their ears go up, their back ends go up, their eyes light up and they just enjoy the moment.
