Touch the Sky began her racing career in Wheeling WV, went on to race in Daytona then at Tri-State before arriving back at the Wheeling kennel yesterday.  She is missing a toe due to a race injury however, that has not slowed this young lady down.

  1. Sky did wonderful her first night, not a peep out of her until 6:00 this morning when she had to go potty. She is in the crate now with the door open, very tired from exploring.

  2. Hi Wendy! I was wondering what the adoption fee for Touch the Sky would be. I adopted a Chinese Crested hairless that had a broken leg and was bind from a rescue group out of Huston Texas five years ago. I have always wanted a Greyhound so now I am retired I thought I would look around for one.

    Thank You

  3. The pictures don’t do Sky justice. She is even more beautiful in person. She is a fantastic girl and such a sweetie. A total love!

  4. Sky went to her new home today, no tears were shed because she went to a wonderful family that will spoil her. She was such a joy to foster!

  5. I just received an update that Sky is doing wonderful! She learned how to do the stairs today, what a smart girl.

  6. Wait until the smaller dogs teach her to bark!

  7. That’s right no tears shed plus Sky is local and we will see her often …she may help greet the people at Elder Beerman on occasions…
