After 130 races and 57 months at Witchita Kansas racing, Tornado retired to the Greyt Cazantzes Estate to show Rose how wonderful greyhound love can be. It worked, Rose is addicted to greyhound love!
He will celebrate his 12th birthday today relaxing with his family; Mom Rose, greyt-sister Joanie, greyt-baby brother- Romeo and kitty Cookie.
Tornado reminds us, "Do the best you can, and don't take life too seriously"
Tornado has spent his retirement practicing relaxation techniques (also known as relaxation training).
R*E*L*A*X
Relaxation techniques are any activity that helps Tornado to relax; to attain a state of increased calmness; or otherwise reduce levels of anxiety, stress or anger.
"Relax! It's not that hard".
Tornado relies on these relaxation techniques to help him decrease muscle tension, lower his blood pressure and slow his heart and breath rate.
"RELAX: Go there. Be There. Stay there".
